Food Trucks in City Parks? Higher Fees at Community Centers? Find out what was discussed at the July 8th City Council Meeting. Changes to a bylaw that would allow food trucks into city parks was looked at as well as changes to the fees currently in play at the New Westminster Community Centers. What began as a simple change in bylaws turned into a discussion on equity and protecting local business.
